Mayor up for stealing drought relief maize

Bindura Mayor Councillor Carlos Tokyo and three other MDC-Alliance councillors on Monday appeared in court for allegedly stealing 5 tonnes of drought relief maize at Tendai Hall, Chipadze in Bindura.
